Regarding professionalism every industry faces alot of issues. A varied people encounter every now and then resulting in facing alot of controversies in their day to day work. In the work place may be its ethical or unethical some principled or non principled issues are faced by every cell of the organization may it be related to human resource cell or any other .Few of the issues listed below faced by HR:-


Ethical Conducts 

Predication -
 The role of HR is very important when it comes to selection of the best person which can fit according to norms of the company. It further becomes more difficult when more than one person qualify for each criterion provided by the norms of the company. 

False Documentation-
Now a days its most commonly seen that its very easier to get a false documents than a low salaried jobs. Starting from our birth certificate till the academic qualifications every document cannot be relied upon due to prevailing trend of false documentation. 



Unethical conducts -

Displeasing nature-
The applicants who apply for a particular post not all behave in the similar manner.
Some seem to be excessively polite while others seem to be aggressive .while some knows how to behave in a disciplined way few turn up to misbehave with officials.


Corruption-
Corruption is  prevelant almost all sectors of the industry. Most of the hindrances in HR is faced by corruption issues.Today even in HR community, corruption plays a vital life in creating obstacles .
                 There also exists many more issues which every executive confronts in how much they try to be honest and loyal regarding their organization
                  However not all bt few may be iradicated by putting some prominent principles to be followed by the employers as well as employees.
